Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill is seeking an E-Commerce Supervisor in Seattle to lead the E-Commerce department and books operations. You will oversee daily listing, auctions, and customer service, while driving department performance and staff development.

The role reports to the E-Commerce Manager, with a pay rate of $23.97/hour and a focus on maximizing value, efficiency, and team collaboration in a non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of E-Commerce experience with preferably with auction and books.
• Experience in supervising staff or teams is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Able to learn new technology and software related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Identify and value appropriate merchandise.
• List auctions with pictures and descriptions to maximize value.
• Prepare monthly updates for internal auctions.
• Maintain daily E-commerce tracking board (listed items, sold, revenue).
• Motivate team by tracking ratios and dollar sales.
• Create department standards and ensure staff accountability.
• Develop and maintain a team oriented environment.
• Assist in hiring and training staff.
• Provide excellent internal/external customer service.
• Follow up on non-paying customers and issue refunds.
• Maintain an E-Bay rating at least 98%.
• Track sales for the organization and by store.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
