Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest in Post Falls, ID is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Associate to assist the E-Commerce Management in daily activities, follow guidelines, and perform with minimal supervision. You will help customers, oversee inventory, maintain clean work areas, and coordinate with IT and E-Commerce to resolve issues, training employees, and ensuring safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Assist customers promptly and courteously; address e-commerce inquiries within 24 hours.
• Oversee inventory tracking and maintain department safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a timely and courteous manner.

• Train and evaluate employees in a thorough, organized manner.
• Maintain department records and manage E-Commerce operation in absence of supervisor.
• Communicate software issues to IT and E-Commerce.
