Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington seeks a Retail Supervisor in Seattle to support daily store operations, supervise retail staff and ensure top-notch customer service. The role reports to the Store Manager and carries a non-exempt status with a competitive wage ranging from $23.97 to $26.50 per hour, DOE.

The successful candidate will coach and train team members, schedule staff, maintain store standards, and drive a safe, efficient work environment while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalency.
• 2 years retail experience with POS systems.
• 2 years customer service/retail experience.
• 1 year supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign, guide, coach and train employees while performing the work of a Sales Associates as needed.
• Schedule and assign one or more employees to retail operational tasks.
• Set expectations, instruct, coach and identify training needs.
• Maintain orderly operations of the store in the absence of the Manager and Assistant.
