Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an energetic E-commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through the vehicle purchasing journey online, over the phone, and in person. You will answer inquiries promptly and help transition customers from digital channels to in-store experiences, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities include presenting information, meeting targeted sales goals, and following up after purchase to support ownership and drive loyalty across AutoNation’s nationwide

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to assist customers online, by phone, and in person.
• Proven customer service and sales experience preferred.
