Job summary

Clarks is seeking an E-Commerce / Pureplay Channel Coordinator to support wholesale online accounts such as Amazon and Zappos. You will coordinate product setup, maintain catalogs, and audit listings to ensure accurate, on-brand content and availability.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Operations to meet account requirements, manage pricing updates, monitor product life cycles, and drive continuous improvement in the E-Commerce channel.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting E-Commerce accounts and marketplaces such as Amazon and Zappos.
• Footwear or fashion industry experience preferred.
• Ability to handle constant changes and quick turnaround times.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup and ongoing management of products across E-Commerce accounts, including Amazon, Zappos, and other key online retailers.
• Establish and maintain an organized process for setting up and managing each E-Commerce account, ensuring products are entered correctly.
• Create and maintain accurate product listings with SKUs, pricing, descriptions, and attributes.
• Develop customer-facing content in line with account requirements and standards.
• Audit account catalogs and ensure listings are live, correctly categorized, and compliant.
• Identify and resolve catalog, pricing, content, and listing issues with internal teams.
• Provide prompt, high-quality service to E-Commerce customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support account and customer priorities.
• Monitor product life cycles and seasonality, supporting transitions and updates.
