Job summary

Clarks is seeking an ECOMM COORDINATOR to manage wholesale E-Commerce accounts such as Amazon and Zappos. You will coordinate product setup, content, pricing, and listings across multiple online retailers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Your role supports cross-functional teams, monitors life cycles, and identifies opportunities to improve account processes and the customer online experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting E-Commerce accounts and marketplaces such as Amazon and Zappos is preferred.
• Experience in footwear/fashion or related industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with quick turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Own setup and ongoing management of products across E-Commerce accounts (Amazon, Zappos, etc.).
• Maintain accurate product catalogs, pricing, and descriptions in account systems.
• Audit listings to ensure live, properly categorized, and on-brand content.
• Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and Operations to meet account needs.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and grow the E-Commerce channel.
