A leading company in legal technology is seeking an E-Billing Specialist responsible for managing electronic billing processes for clients. This role includes preparing invoices, maintaining communication with attorneys, and ensuring compliance with billing guidelines. The E-Billing Specialist is responsible for the administration and management of the electronic billing process for all e-billed clients.The E-Billing Specialist maintains responsibility for ensuring the timely and successful electronic transmission of all invoices, maintaining contact with the billing attorneys and their legal administrative assistants (LAA’s)regarding the status of invoices, and performing other accounting duties according to the established policies and procedures.
This position is eligible to participate in the firm's flexible work program.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $82,000 to $92,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
