Investar Bank National As is seeking an E Banking Specialist in Denham Springs, LA to provide Treasury Management and consumer online banking support. You will handle enrollment, setup, and ongoing support for online banking products and perform audits and reconciliations.

The role demands 5+ years in bank operations, strong knowledge of NACHA rules, Regulation CC, and Check 21, with excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time clerical position in Denham Springs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in bank operations.
• Thorough understanding of NACHA Rules and Regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides customer support and trouble-shoots issues through online banking and Treasury Management products.
• Assists customers with online banking enrollment and feature setup.
• Performs setup, implementation, and ongoing support for Treasury Management services.
• Conducts annual ACH and RDC audits in line with NACHA rules.
• Coordinates upgrades to online banking services.
• Calculates and reconciles monthly billing for account analyses.
• Maintains balance logs for Virtual Vault deposits and change orders.
• Supports Product Manager with agreements, procedures, and policies.
• Maintains data for monthly and annual reporting; adheres to laws and policies.
