Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs intermediate duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial services.
• Processes new account and maintenance transactions; cross-sells products and services.
• Promotes business by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff.
• Performs daily office responsibilities (account transactions, maintenance, correspondence, balancing, delegated reports).
• Handles branch tasks; balances cash items and prepares statements when required.
• Maintains premier customer satisfaction and develops rapport with the customer base.
• Meets or exceeds sales goals; initiates sales and cross-sells bank products and services.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of products and services; seeks assistance for development as needed.
• Complies with laws, regulations, policies; performs other duties as assigned.
