Job summary

Ludia Consulting is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage technical and functional talent across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Build pipelines for Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, Field Service, and Power Platform while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to fill current and future openings.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, relationship-building with the Dynamics community, and a data-driven approach to measure sourcing results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience.
Proven track record of sourcing for technical roles.
Advanced Boolean search skills and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.
Experience using ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Source candidates for all open positions and present 3 qualified candidates for each role.
Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, community forums, user groups, and events.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for Microsoft Dynamics 365 roles and related platforms (Power Platform, Azure).
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in intake meetings to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Write personalized, high-converting outreach messages and multi-step campaigns.
Pre-screen candidates to assess fit, compensation expectations, and availability.
