Job summary

Ludia Consulting is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist for a part-time contract role with the potential to convert to full-time based on performance. You’ll build pipelines for Microsoft Dynamics professionals, engage passive candidates, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to fill openings.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, strong Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and a track record in tech hiring within agency or in-house

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting, agency or in-house.
• Proven ability to source for technical roles and build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for multiple open roles and present 3 qualified candidates per role.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and forums.
• Map Dynamics talent landscape and maintain healthy pipelines for current/future openings.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and candidate profiles.
