Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Dynamics 365 SCM Engineer for a position located in Cincinnati, OH.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize an enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM), complemented by hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise application integrations. This role requires someone who understands end-to-end supply chain processes and can effectively translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.

The Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, enterprise architects, and external partners to design, implement, support, and continuously improve solutions that increase operational efficiency, automate business processes, improve data visibility, and advance digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

• Lead the design, configuration, support, enhancement, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate business processes, and translate needs into scalable system solutions.
• Configure and support key Dynamics 365 SCM modules and capabilities, including:
• Procurement and Sourcing
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Transportation Management
• Master Planning
• Product Information Management
• Troubleshoot functional and application issues and drive problems through resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes through enhanced use of Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Participate in ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Microsoft Power Platform

• Design, develop, and support business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build low-code/no-code applications to streamline and automate business processes.
• Develop automated workflows that connect Dynamics 365 with other business applications and processes.
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions that improve data visibility and provide actionable business insights.
• Ensure Power Platform solutions adhere to established governance, security standards, and development best practices.

Enterprise Integrations

• Design, support, and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third‑party enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, and other technical teams to define integration strategies and solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, data synchronization failures, and interface exceptions.
• Support data migration, master data management, and system interoperability initiatives.
• Participate in solution architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Help ensure reliable and scalable data movement across the enterprise application ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong functional understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, planning, and order fulfillment.
• Experience configuring and supporting multiple Dynamics 365 SCM modules.
• Experience designing, implementing, or supporting integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.
• Experience participating in ERP implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable system solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
