Ludia Consulting is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Senior Consultant to drive client engagements, translating functional concepts into technical solutions using Dynamics, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. The role emphasizes consulting excellence, client interaction, and delivering value through efficient design and execution.

The candidate will manage end-to-end Dynamics CE/Sales/Field Service projects, collaborate with delivery teams, and travel up to 50%

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Solution Delivery (CE/Sales/Field Service).
• 2+ years of experience with Power Platform solution delivery (model-driven or canvas apps).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Execute project delivery in a client-interacting role with functional analysis and process optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Ludia Product Solutions to clients.
• Lead data migration, data integration, training, and custom development efforts.
• Conduct design review sessions with customers to demonstrate completed work and gather feedback.
• Write business process design documents and workflows.
• Implement technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CE/Sales/Field Service to optimize operations.
