Job summary
Encore Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize an enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. The role requires strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 SCM, complemented by hands-on Power Platform experience and enterprise application integrations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, SCM, business, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 SCM.
- 3+ years delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, warehousing, planning, order fulfillment).
- Experience configuring multiple Dynamics 365 SCM modules.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise apps.
- Experience in ERP implementations and optimizations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, support, enhancement, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate business processes, and translate needs into scalable system solutions.
- Configure and support key Dynamics 365 SCM modules and capabilities, including: Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Master Planning, Product Information Management.
- Troubleshoot functional and application issues and drive problems through resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes through enhanced use of Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Participate in ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design, support, and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party enterprise applications.
- Monitor and optimize data movement and master data management across systems.
