NTT DATA Services seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM Techno-Functional Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Microsoft Business Applications for clients across the United States.

The ideal candidate combines deep Dynamics 365 Sales expertise with Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Azure Integration Services, delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions in a customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience with Dynamics CRM/365
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)
• Strong experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure Integration Services
• Ability to lead architecture and provide hands-on technical leadership
• Customer-facing engagement with business/IT stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Serve as Techno-Functional Solution/Technical Architect for Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform implementations
• Lead customer workshops to understand processes and requirements
• Translate requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform designs
• Architect and design solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Provide expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales capabilities: accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities, forecasting
• Define end-to-end solution architecture including integrations and security
• Design integrations using Azure Integration Services and related technologies
• Lead design reviews and ensure performance, security, and maintainability
• Provide governance and QA throughout the project lifecycle
• Define ALM, environment strategy, deployment practices, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps/GitHub
• Mentor developers and collaborate with US and offshore teams
• Support new business opportunities with architecture discussions and proposals
