Job summary

Stoneridge Software is seeking a strategic Principal Project Manager to lead complex Dynamics 365 programs for enterprise clients. You will partner with clients as a trusted advisor, navigate trade‑offs, and drive value while collaborating with architects and account teams to ensure long‑term success.

You will guide scope, schedule, and budget, manage risks, and mentor junior PMs, delivering outcomes that align with client goals and Stoneridge standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of end-to-end project management experience in delivering projects through full SDLC.
• 3+ Dynamics 365 implementations including at least 1 ERP project; consulting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex Dynamics 365 projects for enterprise clients.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding scope, schedule, cost and risk decisions.
• Provide day-to-day and strategic leadership over project teams.
• Lead project planning, monitoring and reporting with risk mitigation.
• Build strong relationships with client PMs and executive stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and alternative paths.
