Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience is required.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience is required.
• MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• 9+ years PM experience preferred.
• 2+ years portfolio or program management preferred.
• 1+ years integrated Agile and enterprise delivery preferred.
• PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs with strategic direction.
• Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure governance and risk management to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Leverage problem-solving and analytical skills to align with business intent.
• Serve as partner to customers and cross-functional teams to drive delivery.
• Build relationships and communicate to inform, align, and influence stakeholders.
• Implement clear frameworks to manage work within complex streams.
