Stoneridge Software is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large and complex Dynamics 365 projects across the U.S. and Canada, delivering outcomes and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/CS or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years actively managing projects through full SDLC (end-to-end).
• Has managed 3+ Dynamics 365 full lifecycle implementations including at least 1 ERP project.
• Previous consulting experience required.
• Develop detailed project plans, scopes/backlogs, schedules with dependencies, and resource forecasts.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines and communicate solutions to clients.
• PM training/certification (PMP/CAPM/CSM) preferred.
• Microsoft training/certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on commitments.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Successfully leads and manages large and/or complex Dynamics 365 projects, including integrations, ISVs, and AI requirements, with a strong focus on client outcomes and value realization
• Acts as a trusted advisor and thought partner to client leadership, guiding strategic decisions and helping clients navigate trade-offs related to scope, timeline, cost, and risk
• Provides day-to-day and strategic leadership over project teams, balancing execution with proactive risk identification and outcome protection
• Leads project planning, monitoring, and reporting with an emphasis on anticipating risk, surfacing options, and framing decisions in terms of impact and trade-offs
• Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with client PMs and senior stakeholders; independently leads strategic conversations with director-level and executive client audiences
• Proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges before they materialize, and brings forward recommended mitigation strategies
• Organizes and facilitates steering committees and governance forums that focus on decision-making, alignment, and risk management
• Maintains ownership of project financials, forecasts, and delivery health in Stoneridge tools
• Mentors and coaches junior PMs and coordinators, modeling consultative behaviors, strategic thinking, and client partnership
