Job summary

Stoneridge Software is seeking a senior project manager to lead large Dynamics 365 implementations across North America. This remote-forward role supports clients, guides strategic decisions, and ensures successful delivery with focus on outcomes, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Travel up to 25-50% to client sites in the US and Canada, with remote collaboration across North America. Requires 8+ years SDLC project leadership, consulting experience, and Dynamics 365 expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or CS
• 8+ years managing projects through full SDLC, including Dynamics 365 implementations
• 3+ Dynamics 365 implementations including at least 1 ERP project
• Previous consulting experience required
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, backlogs, schedules with dependencies, and forecasts
• Strong budget and timeline management with clear client communication
• PM training/certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, CSM)
• Formal Microsoft trainings/certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead large/complex Dynamics 365 projects with focus on client outcomes and value realization
• Advise client leadership on scope, timeline, cost, and risk trade-offs
• Provide day-to-day and strategic leadership over project teams
• Lead project planning, monitoring, and reporting with risk mitigation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client PMs and executives
• Proactively identify risks and proposed mitigations
• Challenge scope and delivery approach to protect outcomes
• Adapt communication to audience ensuring context and guidance
• Mentor junior PMs and coordinators
