Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related marketing tech.
• Manage incidents, requests, defects, and enhancements from intake to resolution.
• Configure and support Dataverse and model-driven apps.
• Maintain role-based security configurations.
• Support application lifecycle management across environments.
• Develop test scenarios and participate in validation and UAT.
