Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join our Information Technology team in Nashville. This senior IC role supports CLA’s sales and marketing platforms, including CRM, with hands-on analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

You will manage incidents, perform fit-gap analyses, configure Dataverse and Power Platform components, enforce security, and oversee release management, testing, and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Dataverse, and related marketing technologies.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements end-to-end with SLAs.
• Configure and support Dataverse and model-driven apps, including tables, forms, views, dashboards, and security.
• Maintain role-based security, deployment documentation, and release management across environments.
• Develop test scenarios and participate in system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Monitor platform health and coordinate remediation for issues and updates.
