Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations across client engagements. You will partner with stakeholders, drive functional designs, and mentor delivery teams to achieve operational excellence.

In this role, you will guide complex ERP projects, ensure successful deployments, and help clients modernize supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification relevant to ERP Operations or SCM required.
• 7+ years of Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & SCM) implementation experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions.
• Coordinate system integrations, data management, and security.
• Guide client workshops, develop functional specs and solution docs.
• Mentor consultants and lead project delivery across teams.
