Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions for diverse client industries.

You will guide implementation teams, mentor consultants, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-impact ERP deployments that transform operations and drive measurable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or SCM certification required; MBA/JD/PhD may substitute.
7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & SCM) or equivalent ERP solutions.
Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions aligned to client business objectives and industry best practices.
Design comprehensive solution architectures including system integrations, data management, and application security.
Configure D365 ERP Operations modules including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production, Planning, Product Information Management, Asset Management, and other operations capabilities.
Develop functional solution designs for system enhancements and customizations across operations and logistics processes.
Lead requirements gathering workshops and develop functional specifications, business scenarios, and solution documentation.
