Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & Supply Chain) or equivalent.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design to go-live and post‑go‑live support.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Design comprehensive solution architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
• Develop functional designs for system enhancements across operations and logistics processes.
• Mentor and develop consultants, and stay current on ERP innovations.
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.
