Crowe is seeking a Manager - D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead enterprise Dynamics 365 ERP Operations engagements, guiding architecture, implementation teams, and client advisory across supply chain and manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and stay current on ERP innovations while delivering high-quality transformations for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations certification required; MBA/JD/PhD may substitute.
• 7+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or similar.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations aligned to client objectives.
• Design architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
• Configure D365 ERP Operations modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, PIM, Asset Mgmt).
• Mentor consultants and lead project delivery; manage client relationships and change management.
