Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager - D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead architecture, design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations. You will guide implementation teams, mentor staff, and partner with clients to modernize supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing processes.

The role requires deep functional knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to travel for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or similar ERP.
• Strong consulting, client-facing, and communication skills.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations solutions.
• Design integrations, data management, and security for ERP operations.
• Lead requirements workshops and develop functional specs and business scenarios.
