Job summary

Crowe seeks an experienced Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead strategic ERP initiatives for clients. You will architect, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations across finance and supply chain, guiding teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to modernize procurement, inventory, manufacturing, planning, and asset management, while mentoring consultants and driving delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification required; MBA/JD/PhD may substitute.
• 7+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & Supply Chain).
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operations processes.
• Experience designing ERP solution architecture including integrations and security.
• Experience developing functional requirements, designs, testing strategies, and docs.
• Strong client‑facing consulting, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience mentoring teams and traveling for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations solutions.
• Design architectures including integrations, data mgmt, and security.
• Configure D365 modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, PMI, Asset mgmt.
• Develop functional designs for enhancements and customizations.
• Guide clients through process improvements to maximize ERP capabilities.
• Partner with executives to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead testing, QA, and validation with comprehensive documentation.
• Mentor consultants and stay current on ERP innovations.
