Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions that transform client operations. You will lead architecture, teams, and cross‑functional delivery across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and planning, guiding best-practice ERP deployments.

You will mentor consultants, engage stakeholders, and drive successful transformations while staying current on ERP innovations and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees substituted by certifications may apply.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations certification required; MBA/JD/PhD substitutions noted.
• 7+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or similar ERP.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations with client-facing delivery.
• Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operations processes.
• Ability to travel as client engagements require; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations aligned to client goals.
• Design solution architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
• Configure modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, Product Information Management, Asset Management.
• Develop functional designs for enhancements and customizations across operations.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to maximize ERP capabilities.
• Partner with executives and users to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead workshops, write specs, and guide implementation while building client relationships.
• Support change management with training materials and user adoption activities.
