Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and ERP certification is preferred or substitutable by advanced degree.
• 7+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or equivalent.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations and cross‑functional teams.
• Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operational processes.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations solutions.
• Design integration, data management, and security for ERP deployments.
• Configure modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, and more.
• Develop functional designs for enhancements and customizations.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to maximize ERP capabilities.
• Partner with executives to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead workshops, write specifications, and document solutions.
• Mentor consultants and support change management and user adoption.
• Manage testing, QA, and project deliverables; communicate risks and mitigations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and partners to ensure successful implementations.
