Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong background in change management, training delivery, process improvement, or operational transformation.
• Experience working within manufacturing, production, or shop floor environments.
• Solid project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level change management activities to support the Dynamics 365 ERP rollout.
• Coordinate training plans based on operational needs.
• Deliver and support ERP-related training to ensure teams are ready for go-live.
• Assess the impact of system changes on production workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate local testing activities, including scenario identification and user participation.
• Support data validation and migration activities.
• Monitor site readiness, adoption, and process compliance before and after go-live.
• Work with supervisors and operational leaders to address workflow deviations and improve adherence.
• Track risks, issues, and business impacts, escalating where appropriate.
• Support stakeholder communications and help maintain engagement throughout the project.
• Provide feedback to the ERP project team on user adoption, challenges, and potential process gaps.
• Assist with project documentation and site-level implementation planning.
• Help ensure the right people are available at the right time during critical project phases.
