Job summary

TAPCO is seeking an IT ERP Manager to own and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple entities. You will drive project delivery, system stabilization, and data integrity for manufacturing, supply chain, and accounting processes.

You will collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to implement best practices, lead a small ERP team, and ensure reliable ERP solutions that generate measurable business improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ERP experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dynamics 365 BC ERP platform across entities.
• Provide ERP design for manufacturing, planning, inventory, and accounting.
• Lead ERP projects and align deliverables with business outcomes.
• Manage stakeholders and translate priorities into ERP solutions.
• Lead a small ERP team and manage vendors to improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve maintainability.
