Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations implementations in the U.S. This client-facing role requires deep functional knowledge across supply chain and manufacturing processes, with a focus on delivering transformative ERP projects.

You will design architectures, lead delivery teams, and mentor consultants while partnering with clients to modernize operations and drive measurable business outcomes. A strong emphasis on collaboration and change management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations/SCM certification.
• 7+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & SCM).
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design to deployment and post-live support.
• Deep functional expertise across procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, production, planning, and asset management.
• Experience designing ERP solution architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
• Experience developing functional requirements, solution designs, testing strategies, and implementation documentation.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading project workstreams and mentoring teams.
• Ability to travel as client engagements require.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Configure ERP modules including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, PIM, Asset Management.
• Develop functional designs for enhancements across operations and logistics processes.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to maximize ERP capabilities.
• Mentor consultants and lead client engagements throughout project lifecycles.
