Job summary

The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) seeks a strategic Manager, CRM Applications to lead and evolve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You will drive data migration, integrations, and roadmap execution in collaboration with Federations and stakeholders.

You will manage a Power Platform Developer, ensure best practices, and align technical solutions with business goals across the nonprofit federation network. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience with CRM systems and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical health, configuration, and ongoing improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
• Steward the development roadmap for CRM enhancements and prioritize resources.
• Directly manage the Power Platform Developer and oversee solutions built with Power Platform tools.
• Lead data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM and manage data mappings.
