Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM to own Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, manage the operating model, and drive a plan to consolidate two platforms into a single CRM instance supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

You will lead a team of admins/analysts, ensure data quality and security, govern integrations, and define metrics to prove CRM value while partnering with executives on strategy and roadmaps.

Formación

• 7+ years in CRM administration or operations.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to lead migrations and platform consolidation.
• Experience with governance and intake processes.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing/Service leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own platform health, data quality, and uptime.
• Lead consolidation plan for Salesforce and Dynamics into a single CRM.
• Define operating model and governance for CRM.
• Build and lead CRM team; manage budget and vendors.
• Define metrics to prove CRM value and adoption.
