Jacobs is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM to own and unify our Salesforce and Dynamics platforms, delivering business value across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. You’ll manage the operating model, roadmap, and a team of admins/analysts to ensure system health and effective use.

You will lead consolidation efforts, enforce data quality, security, and governance, and partner with executives to translate strategy into CRM capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years in CRM administration, implementation, or CRM-focused operations.
• 3+ years managing a team and/or owning a platform at the senior admin/manager level.
• Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to a CRM migration, consolidation, or major re-platforming effort.
• Experience building or running an intake/governance process for a shared business system.
• Track record of partnering with Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service leadership, including translating ambiguous business requests into a sequenced plan.

Responsabilidades

• Own platform ownership for Salesforce and Dynamics 365, including configuration and security.
• Lead consolidation into a single CRM platform, including data migration and deduplication.
• Define and maintain a governed CRM roadmap with enhancements and consolidation.
• Manage vendor and implementation-partner relationships and CRM budget.
• Define operating model for CRM requests, triage, release, and incident handling.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, enablement, and feedback loops.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Service leaders to align CRM with business goals.
• Own the narrative and roadmap communication to executives.
