Qualifications

• CRM functional understanding across domains with Dataverse modeling.
• Expertise in Dataverse, Power Platform tools and Power Automate.
• Experience designing data migrations and integrations for large CRM deployments.
• Knowledge of ALM, solution deployments and CRM governance.
• Proven ability to design data/integration focused solutions and workshop stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Power BI reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM solution design focused on data and integrations.
• Develop plugins, JS, and Power Automate connectors.
• Manage CRM environments for testing, UAT and production.
• Conduct CRM workshops with stakeholders and deliver high level designs.
• Support data migration using Data Factory, Synapse or Fabric.
• Deliver BI dashboards and reports leveraging Power BI.
• Collaborate across agile delivery teams.
