Job summary

HellermannTyton is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator in Milwaukee to own day‑to‑day operations, configuration, and ongoing improvement of the CRM platform. This hybrid role supports sales, support, and executives while ensuring data hygiene and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM data migrations or ERP integrations preferred.
• Familiarity with Copilot for Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience and demonstrated expertise with Power BI and other apps in Power Platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer & configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using supported, out‑of‑the‑box capabilities.
• Configure forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and standard process automation.
• Manage users, security roles, access controls, assignment and account hierarchies, and platform governance.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into CRM configurations.
• Lead user onboarding, training, and day‑to‑day support to drive adoption.
• Coordinate system updates, release waves and changes with IT, and document changes.
