Job summary

Texas United Management Corporation is seeking a CRM Business Analyst in Houston, TX. You will collaborate with business staff to translate needs into information systems specifications and help guide project changes through to successful implementations.

The role requires deep experience with Microsoft 365 Dynamics and strong stakeholder communication skills, plus a willingness to operate in a hybrid environment after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related technology field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Dynamics development.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Dynamics administration.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 services.
• Practical experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business staff to understand needs to be supported by information systems and technology.
• Determine how project changes affect the business and systems.
• Provide recommendations on system evolution.
• Respond to inquiries and advise client on inputs, processes, and outputs.
• Negotiate plans and timeframes for client understanding of results.
• Develop and communicate detailed specifications for implementation.
• Produce reports, timelines, and graphics for management and other stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate or perform testing of system modifications.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure client needs are met.
• Research and analyze system difficulties and outcomes.
• Satisfy data sampling, project analysis, testing, and other requests from client databases.
• Act as liaison with IT and/or vendors to support systems.
• Maintain awareness of industry standards, trends, and best practices.
