RSM US LLP is seeking Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultants to support our growing D365 CE practice and service a broad base of clients. The role involves leading requirements sessions, designing documentation, and actively developing the D365 CE system while collaborating with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

You will be the go-to resource for client interactions and participate in Agile and/or SureStep methodologies to deliver effective solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or other related business fields
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus
• Experience with Scribe a plus
• SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
• Experience with Field Service

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
