RSM US LLP is seeking Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultants to support our growing D365 CE practice and service our client base. The role emphasizes leading requirements sessions, designing solutions, and collaborating across teams to deliver value.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Dynamics 365 CE experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment with agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus.
• Experience with Scribe a plus.
• SQL Server Reporting Services a plus.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
