Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Supervisor to lead ERP implementations for manufacturing clients and to train client teams on the platform. You will work across client executives and RSM project teams to define requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and document processes.

You will guide teams through full life-cycle D365 BC deployments, manage projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to align people, processes, and technology with the One Version strategy.

Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing ERP implementation experience with D365 BC or NAV
• Experience leading full life-cycle D365 BC projects
• Willingness to train client SMEs and work with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate D365 BC capabilities to clients and workshops
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and scope
• Direct teams through full life-cycle implementations
• Manage project tasks using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services
• Train client users on core functions
• Link functional and technical requirements for end-to-end solutions
• Stay current with Microsoft One Version updates
