Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across client engagements. You will plan, coordinate, and execute project lifecycles, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and drive CE implementation efforts.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience leading technical teams with project management and systems/technology development.
• Experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost (Microsoft Dynamics CE).
• Ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong business-facing skills.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward.
• Strong understanding of technology and ability to learn new technologies.
• Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execution of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish Cost Benefit Analysis through required phases of the project.
• Communicate project status, risk, and issues to Program Director and stakeholders.
• Plan projects including assembling project teams, assigning deliverables, and developing plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables to support business goals.
• Revise project plan as needed to meet changing needs following SDLC.
• Manage all aspects of CE implementations.
