Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced project leader to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of complex technology projects. You will develop budgets, schedules, and deliverables while communicating progress, risks, and issues to the Program Director and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of leading technical teams, expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CE, and strong business-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience leading technical teams in project management and systems development.
• Experience implementing CRM solutions within budget and scope, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CE.
• Proven ability to assemble and motivate high-performing project teams.
• Strong business-facing skills and financial analysis understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them to projects.
• Proven track record of influencing and leading teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned projects through lifecycle.
• Establish cost-benefit analyses across project phases.
• Provide regular status updates and risk/issue communication to stakeholders.
• Lead project planning: assemble teams, assign deliverables, develop plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage objectives, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet goals.
• Revise project plans to accommodate changing needs within SDLC.
• Manage all aspects of CE implementations.
