Job summary

RSM US LLP in Chicago seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across the lifecycle, coordinating teams, budgets, and schedules to achieve business goals.

You will drive CRM initiatives, perform cost-benefit analyses, report to the Program Director, and manage risks and stakeholder communications.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of tech-project leadership, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to guide teams through change; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading technical teams with project management and systems/technology development
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost: Microsoft Dynamics CE
• Proven leader capable of assembling, leading, and motivating high-performing teams
• Proven business-facing skills
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning
• Ability to multi-task and drive multiple responsibilities
• Strong understanding of technology and ability to learn new technologies
• Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change
• PMP certification desired

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the lifecycle
• Establishing Cost Benefit Analysis through required phases of the project
• Regular communication of project status, risk, and issues to Program Director and stakeholders
• Project planning including assembling teams, assigning deliverables, and developing plans, schedules, and budgets
• Managing objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables to support business goals
• Revise project plan to meet changing needs following SDLC
• Manage all aspects of CE implementations
