Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and modern web technologies. You will guide teams delivering D365 CE deployments, including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights, with Dataverse.

You will mentor developers, engage clients as a trusted advisor, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using React, TypeScript, PCF, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Strong experience with modern front-end technologies, including React (required) and Next.js (preferred).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including Sales, Customer Service and Insights.
• Guide teams in extending D365 CE through custom apps, JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF, plugins, APIs, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Establish architectural patterns for front-end extensibility, API integrations, and secure scalable deployments.
• Mentor developers and manage staffing, utilization, and skills development.
