Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultants to support our growing D365 CE practice and service a expanding client base. The role emphasizes leading requirements sessions, designing documentation, and hands-on development within a collaborative team.

The position requires 3+ years of D365 CE experience, a relevant degree, and a CRM certification is a plus. Experience with Scribe and SSRS is beneficial, and Field Service exposure is welcome.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus.
• Experience with Scribe a plus.
• SQL Server Reporting Services a plus.
• Experience with Field Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Create design documentation.
• Take an active role in the development of the D365 CE system.
• Work well with team members, clients, and other vendors.
• Be the ‘Go To’ resource for client interactions.
• Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies.
