My Wireless in Mishawaka, IN, seeks an experienced Retail Sales Manager to coach a team of Retail Sales Associates and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while driving sales targets. You will hire, train, schedule, and develop staff, build a loyal client base, maintain store standards and processes, and partner with AT&T Signature for community events.

The role features strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, ongoing paid training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience (Required)
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but location dependent) (Preferred)
