You will recruit, train, and retain staff while building client accounts with the AT&T Signature team during local events. The position offers strong base pay with commissions and extensive training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience (required).
• 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience (required).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to meet KPIs.
• Maintain location staffing through retention, recruiting, and training.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts with AT&T Signature team during community events outside the store.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and merchandising per standards.
• Enforce operational policies and procedures to sustain store performance.
• Comply with legal requirements to uphold store reputation.
