My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager for a full-time role at UNIVERSITY PARK MALL MISHAWAKA, IN 46545. You will assist the Store Manager in coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or wireless environment.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
