Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring a Receiving Forklift Operator at the Conversion facility in Uxbridge, MA. This full-time role supports warehouse operations, pallet handling, and inbound/outbound logistics, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will operate forklift equipment, assist with crossdock tasks, and ensure pallets are moved efficiently to shipping or storage areas, while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30lbs without assistance.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Experience operating powered equipment when needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and segregate them using appropriate forklift techniques.
• Assist crossdock and receiving areas as needed.
• Accurately receive and unload trailers, and perform physical breakdown of merchandise.
• Build and stretch wrap pallets and transport merchandise to storage, laydown, or shipping areas.
• Shuttle merchandise from receiving to shipping, storage, or laydown areas.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound storage freight and sort pallets for warehouse use.
• Use hand held units to verify distributed merchandise.
• Operate powered equipment including forklift, pallet jack, tugger, and clamp attachments.
